Banana chips can be Fried, baked, or dehydrated/microwaved delicious banana slices.Different flavors can be made with different flavors of banana slices.This article introduces you to several different approaches, and it is clear that some practices are healthy.
Material
Note that each recipe requires ripe bananas or undercooked bananas, as this can affect the cooking effect.
1.Fried banana chips:
5 green bananas
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Oil for frying (peanut oil for frying)
2.Fried sweet banana chips:
5 green/raw (unripe) bananas
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cinnamon stick
Oil for frying (peanut oil is suitable for frying)
How to fry the banana chips?
1.Peel the bananas.Put it in ice water.
2.Cut the bananas into even skin.Put the sliced banana into the water again.Add turmeric powder.
3.Soak in water for 10 minutes.Then remove and keep the water on a clean tea towel.
4.Heat up the oil.Deep-fry each time you drop a few (not too many slices at a time).Use a slotted spoon to add and remove banana slices.
5.Repeat until all the banana slices are Fried.
6.Remove from the kitchen and drain on the kitchen towel.
7. Cool.Once cooled, it can be served on the table or stored.Store in sealed glass containers or sealable plastic bags.
